Stake casino donates $1 million in Bitcoin to Ukraine

The outbreak of war in Ukraine on February 24th, 2022 shocked the entire civilized world and became a tragedy for the Ukrainian people. This catastrophe has become the reason why many countries have united in a single effort - to help Ukraine resist Russian aggression.

Numerous world-known international companies, in protest against Russia, have suspended their activities on the territory of the aggressor country. Some also provide financial assistance directly to the humanitarian needs of Ukraine. These include major crypto-companies as well.

On March 9th, 2022, Stake casino, one of the leading crypto gambling platforms, made a donation of $1 million in Bitcoin to Ukraine. The casino announced the donation in their official Twitter account and attached the link to the transaction. According to the transaction data, the funds were sent to the address “357a3So9CbsNfBBgFYACGvxxS6tMaDoa1P” which is an official Bitcoin address indicated on the donation page of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

We have contacted the press center of the casino and here is how the management of Stake commented on the situation:

Everyone at Stake.com stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Our hearts go out to all those innocently involved in this tragic conflict. We hope this contribution will go far to aid and support the brave and resilient Ukrainian people. As the global crypto community rallies to raise vital aid funds, we’ve donated $1 million, or 25.63 BTC to the humanitarian relief cause to support the protection and basic human rights of those displaced.

We at CryptoCasinoClub hope that Stake's generous contribution will help the Ukrainian people get through these terrible times and restore peace in their country as soon as possible.
